CONNER & ASSOCIATES is a civil litigation and business law firm that handles a variety of matters from their inception through trial. The practice of Conner & Associates ("C&A") includes the successful handling of a wide range of civil, business, real estate, employment and consumer related litigation matters, including:

In addition to C&A's litigation practice, the firm's principal, Bren C. Conner, also handles the formation and incorporation of businesses on behalf of the firm's clients, and provides counseling with respect to various compliance issues and governmental regulations.
Bren C. Conner
Bren is a lifelong resident of the South Bay with 31 years of civil litigation and trial experience, in both federal and state courts. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, and is an active member of the South Bay Bar Association. Mr. Conner also has been admitted pro hac vice and litigated cases in Arizona, Arkansas, New Mexico, Texas and Florida.
Mr. Conner graduated with honors from the University of California at Berkeley, with an A.B. degree in Political Economies of Industrial Societies in 1984, and earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, in 1988. During law school, Mr. Conner worked as a law clerk for one of the leading litigation firms in San Francisco, and later served as a judicial extern for Judge Charles Legge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Upon graduation, Mr. Conner returned to Southern California where he began his professional career with a premiere downtown Los Angeles law firm, thereafter working for eight years handling all aspects business and environmental litigation matters on behalf of major corporations and oil companies, before starting his own firm in 1996.
Mr. Conner has litigated and been lead trial counsel on numerous cases ranging from the defense of businesses, corporate officers, developers and contractors, to the representation of plaintiffs in contract disputes, consumer actions, employment litigation, misappropriation claims, libel and slander actions, as well as serious personal injury matters and medical malpractice claims.
